Back 100 plus years ago it was good to be a bigger woman. It was a sign of wealth. It was what women wanted to look like. This photo taken back in 1776 is what a well educated wealthy woman looked like.
Now this is more to my shape. Shes healthy but doesnt weigh a hundred pounds or less. Todays society makes you think anything above 120lbs is fat, obese in fact for some. Depending on your height the medical industry has a set weight for you.

Take me for an example. Im 5'3 and im 200lbs.
In order to be healthy at my height i must weight between 104-127lbs. Id be stick skinny. Bones showing. To be my weight and healthy i must be around 6'5. I dont know many women who are actually that tall. Also you notice men have different weight requirements. Muscle mass maybe? I know im bigger framed then men at my height so why can they weight more and still be healthy??
This picture shows Nichole Ritche at 5'1 @95lbs. Check the chart above. Apparently thats healthy.
What do you think?
Id rather her weight 130lbs and naturally be a beautiful woman. Not a scary skeletor look alike.
Being curvy or full figured doesnt mean you weight 300lbs it means your 130+. Modeling agencies say 120lbs is too fat. A size 6 is now considered to be a plus size model. Whats wrong with people??
The more i know, the more i learn to love my healthy body.
